一眾音樂家與精英運動員同台較量，將音樂廳變成熱力四射的運動場！沒有乒乓球，也能打出清脆乒乓聲？彈琴不用坐定定，來回跑都可以彈出節拍緊湊的音樂？大提琴二胡你來我往 ，好似攻守互換的劍擊比賽咁刺激？鋼琴家陳雋騫號召本地多位音樂和運動界的強者，將空手道、欖球、武術等運動項目，與爵士鼓、尺八、二胡、大提琴和鋼琴等樂器來個對對碰。讓音樂帶出運動的節奏，運動激發音樂的能量，原來加埋咁夾咁好玩！
