How do we imagine the world after now?

A few associations:

❶ Story of the stone

In the loops of parting and gathering, marks of fragmented moments constitute fundamental threads of life elsewhere.

The story begins from the empty stage and guides us towards the last performance before an ultimate end. There is no curtain call nor any point in weeping throughout her lifetime.

❷ Fleeting world and the land of bliss

The name of this place is shaped by the deeds of the people here. ‘Happy Valley’ is a wish to be fulfilled and a space leading to the afterlife.

❸ Consummation

Closterium vibrates while moving. It’s impossible to see with the naked eye. Feel them. Crescent moon is the time of sloughing – to rekindle indirect guilts, haunting attachment and tightly-tied suspense.

The local artist Rose Li will hold their solo exhibition at V54. Beginning with ‘what comes after’, they will explore the trajectory of worlds in the flow of time and extend toward the imagination of ‘elsewhere’.
