Flow (心流），一種完全投入專注嘅振奮狀態。當處於心流狀態時，時間，空間，感覺都變得模糊；只會將全部集中力專注投入於自己想做嘅事，無任何注意力可以再分配；從而體驗到最佳嘅滿足狀態。RunAround Run With The FLOW 2025
今次RunAround x Run-Pic 首次 舉辦跑步活動，希望更多人可以籍著跑步體驗到專注投入帶來嘅滿足感；無論係專業跑手，業餘愛好者，想跑步或未跑步嘅你，都可以感受到自己嘅「FLOW」比賽項目：
設有獎項：10公里及5公里
此兩項組別分別設有男女子及年齡組別個獎項，同時亦增設10人一組嘅團體獎項 （詳情請參閱報名資料）
男子及女子29歲以下個人
男子及女子30-39歲個人
男子及女子40-49歲個人
男子及女子50歲以上個人
團體組別（計算10名組員時間總和之最快時間）歡樂組別：3公里及1公里
此兩項組別不設獎項，歡迎親子參加
