「你的故事﹒我的啟示」年度成果展暨九龍城社區故事展覽將會展示今個學年6間學校嘅青少年同長者交流後創作出嘅作品，包括長者生命故事書、主題曲、訪談短片、計劃花絮等。展覽仲有九龍城嘅主題展區，記錄青年義工與九龍城長者交流後對社區的感受。8月26日歡迎來參加合作夥伴分享會，聽聽參加計劃的長者、青少年、社工、老師的心聲！
