每年 Clockenflap 期間，都將國際一線音樂人、媒體、業界人士以至世界各地樂迷聚集於香港，藉此年度大事，香港廠牌 UN.TOMORROW 伙拍東京派對主辦 New Action!，帶來一場跨域前夜祭，將週末的狂熱能量折折射到兩地場景新銳之上。結合現場音樂和 DJ 表演，三個主辦單位決意開塱新土、共同耕種新生，讓港日兩地獨立音樂場景中嶄露頭角的單位，在國際能量的灌溉下萌芽。Live: Carson Leung（@carson__leung）cehryl（@cehryl）The Crush（@thecrush_hk）HALLEY（@halley.is.the.new.black）
