新歲將啟，慈山寺謹擇跨年之夜，敬設「元旦蓮花燈叩鐘法會」，廣迎十方善信，同叩慈鐘，喜迎新元。

願慧燈如海，映千江明月，照徹清淨本心；願梵鐘徹宇，洗累世塵勞，寂聽內在音聲；願清淨因緣，祈萬民安康，共迎新歲祥光。
