Description
明朝時期, 朝廷為鞏固皇權, 設立兩廠(東西廠)一衛(錦衣衛)。兩廠一衛對外行事心狠手辣, 相互之間明爭暗鬥, 弄至朝廷內外腥風血雨。兵部尚書趙忠良被東廠督主郭德誣陷遭罪, 臨刑前透露掌握郭謀反鐵證, 並已交給心腹張賢智。郭德遂設計借留放趙氏兒女, 引賢智救人而將其擒殺。
賢智派遣江湖俠士救回趙氏遺孤, 郭德因不能擒王而故意放人, 兩方人馬皆抵達龍門客棧, 在客棧中再決雌雄...
另一邊廂, 錦衣衛得知趙氏遺孤被救, 亦暗中抵達龍門客棧, 欲殺趙氏遺孤, 與東廠爭功...
