The University of Hong Kong Law Alumni Choir 5th Anniversary Concert - When You Wish Upon A Star. In celebration of its 5th anniversary, The University of Hong Kong Law Alumni Choir is proud to present its annual concert, "When You Wish Upon A Star", on 15 November 2014 at the University’s Lee Shau Kee Grand Hall. This concert is also one of the celebration activities of the 45th anniversary of the Faculty of Law of The University of Hong Kong. The Choir was first formed as an ad hoc group performing at the Law Alumni Reunion Dinner held in 2009. It was later officially formed to enable music enthusiasts and alumni from across the generations to meet and make music together. Over the past four and a half years, the number of members has doubled and the Choir's annual concerts have become a highly anticipated event. This year's program focuses on music from Disney's animated films including, Beauty and the Beast, Lion King, Cinderella and, of course, Frozen. The Choir will perform choral arrangements from early Disney classics to recent releases, alongside projected animation stills and clips, and will be accompanied by an orchestral group composed of musicians who are HKU Law alumni and current students. The concert is a special event for the HKU family. Please join in the celebrations and enjoy what promises to be a marvelous musical night.
