IRIS - Chapter #1 - All Day Yoga On The Beach
Imagine a day of the week where everyone can unwind from the fast-paced city life they endure regularly. Escape to a peaceful location where you are able to practice yoga, sweat out all your toxins, rid yourself of negative energy, free up your chakras and realign your bodies and souls.
IRIS creates an exotic sanctuary without the heavy commercialisation you see everywhere in Hong Kong. Reserve the date, spread the love, become the best version of yourself.
YOGA SCHEDULE
12:30-13:30: Hatha Yoga - Kim Kay & Nicola Belen
14:00-15:00: Stretch Vinyasa Yoga - Mariles De Guzman
15:30-16:30: Hatha Yoga - Praveen Pootharia
17:00-18:00: Prana Sanchalana Yoga - Puliyolly Dileep
WHAT TO EXPECT
- FOUR sessions of Yoga (1 hour each), led by an assortment of experienced Yogi's, incorporating various, unique styles throughout different parts of the day.
- Take one class, go for a swim, relax on the beach - or take all four classes, you have the freedom to partake in any or all sessions once you enter. All that is required is to simply listen to your body.
- Healthy food and drinks will be provided for you to re-energize and keep hydrated throughout the day.
- Zen area catered specifically for relaxation and meditation.
- Polaroid Experience - photos taken and provided to capture your personal moments.
- Social Gathering (After Yoga) - DJ playing and mixing some relaxing tunes while embracing the sunset.
*Arrive early to reserve an ideal spot on the beach for the first session
