The BandExpress, formed in Hong Kong under the leadership of Oliver Cura, performs covers from a variety of styles ranging from Jazz, Pop, RnB, Rock and Funk. As well as performing their own compositions, the band covers hits from great artists such as The Crusaders, Incognito, Swing Out Sister, Average White Band, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, and Alicia Keys to mention a few. The band consists of the deep, soulful voiced Jobelle Ubalde; the pure, pop-infused voice of Lydia Tang; Davy Tang on Electric Guitar; Joey Torrest on Bass Guitar; Clarence Leung on Piano/Keyboard; Dan Fleming on Drums; and in the Horns Section: Joel Senase on Saxophone; and Oliver Cura, on Trombone and The Band Director. The band performs all over Hong Kong at bars, weddings, corporate shows and special events. The BandExpress can tend to any and all of the needs and preferences of your event.
