寨城尋龍 給年青人的多媒體雙語劇場 導演胡萃華希望可以透過此劇帶領大家體驗關於九龍城寨的非一般故事。故事講述一名本地青少年學生和一名中年外國遊客在九龍寨城紀念公園的偶遇，兩人一見如故，在這段旅程中一起探索了許多九龍城寨的歷史。匯集了過去和現在，幻想和現實，舞台和錄像，本劇嘗試探討友誼、毅力和故事的重要性，並提醒我們香港文化遺產的意義，過去並不像想像般遙遠。 The Light Dragon 2019 A Multimedia Boundary Busting Theatre Production for Youth Exploring his fascination with the old Kowloon Walled City and its history, Joshua Wolper’s latest play The Light Dragon brings together the past and the present, fantasy and reality, theatre and motion pictures. Through a chance encounter in the Kowloon Walled City Memorial Park, a local teenaged school student and a middle-aged foreign visitor share their connection to the neighborhood, and embark on an adventure that bends time and space, enabling them to explore the history and mythology around the Kowloon Walled City. The Light Dragon is a fun and heart-warming story that explores friendship, perseverance, and the power of storytelling – all the while honouring the significance of our cultural heritage, and reminding us that the past is not always as distant as it seems.
