Skilled shadow-play, sophisticated music-comedy, a nod to spaghetti westerns and the Tour de France are just some of the 80-minute production's highlights, as physical comedian Patrice Thibaud spars with acrobat-musician Philippe Leygnac in a very Gallic battle of temperaments. The plot unfolds when Thibaud, the mischievous man-boy exploits every opportunity to pester his sidekick Leygnac, a taciturn musician. Eventually humour defeats reason and drives the acrobatic Leygnac to join Thibaud’s spree of antics whereupon the duo animate the stage.
