香港舞台技术及设计人员协会（HKATTS，[hey_cats] ）于一九八九年成立，是一个关注剧场艺术、设计及技术的非牟利专业团体。成员多为职业剧场工作者，旨在促进剧场科艺及舞台设计专业发展及开拓世界剧场文化与技术交流。
自一九九三年起，香港舞台技术及设计人员协会正式成为国际舞台美术家剧场建筑师暨剧场技术组织 “Organization Internationale des Scénographes, Techniciens et Artchitectes de Théâtre” (OISTAT) 香港地区代表。
本会自成立以来，义务筹办多项有关香港舞台及设计行业的活动，致力增加社会大众对舞台技术及设计的认识、促进业内人士的交流、提升专业水平、以及担当香港舞台技术及设计工作者与国际剧场的沟通桥梁。
The Hong Kong Association of Theatre Technicians & Scenographers (HKATTS, [hey_cats]) was founded in 1989 by a group of enthusiastic theatre practitioners. It is a professional organization, registered as a non-profit company, which aims to promote theatre technology and scenography in Hong Kong, facilitate communication and cooperation within the theatre industry, raise professional standards, and foster exchanges between local and overseas theatre professionals.
Since 1993, HKATTS officially became the Hong Kong Centre of “Organization Internationale des Scénographes, Techniciens et Artchitectes de Théâtre” (OISTAT) .
