Europe is pursuing a vigorous policy of internationalization in higher education and research, making the European Higher Education landscape one of the most exciting in the world. An ever growing number of international students are benefiting from Europe’s high academic standards, the great variety of international degree programmes, advanced research facilities and a most impressive diversity of cultures, languages and societies.

One thing, however, has not changed: tuition fees at European universities continue to be significantly lower than at North American, Australasian and even HK counterparts.

As a result of the Bologna initiative, Europe remains one of the leading study and research destinations for international students, offering both cutting-edge education and value for money.

Numerous academic institutions from all over Europe will present their programmes and discuss individual needs with the visitors. English-speaking study programmes that are especially tailored for international students will be highlighted throughout the Fair.

Europe's tertiary institutions are keen on welcoming students and researchers and strengthening academic links with higher education institutions in Hong Kong and Macao.
